How to practise it

  1. Accent the first note of each group of three — you will hear the pattern clearly.
  2. Each group starts one note higher than the last one.
  3. Try it descending too: start at the top and move down one note per group.
  4. Start at 60 BPM. Only speed up when you can play it cleanly three times in a row — the goal is 120 BPM.
