A♭ Major Pentatonic Scale
The A♭ major pentatonic scale has five notes: A♭, B♭, C, E♭ and F. It is the A♭ major scale without its 4th and 7th, which removes every half step — so almost nothing sounds wrong over A♭ major chords.
