The easiest way to play them
B♭ is 3211 (3 fingers), B♭m is 3111 and B♭7 is 1211. With only four strings, most ukulele chords need one to three fingers, and a chord with more notes than strings simply leaves one out — usually the 5th, which the ear fills in. A barre means laying the index finger flat across the strings at one fret — easier on a ukulele than on a guitar, as the strings are soft and few.
