The easiest way to play them
D♭ is 1114 (4 fingers), C♯m is 1104 and D♭7 is 1112. With only four strings, most ukulele chords need one to three fingers, and a chord with more notes than strings simply leaves one out — usually the 5th, which the ear fills in. Strum down from the G string with the side of your thumb or the nail of your index finger.
